How can this place be considered a humane society when they won't even treat a sweet pup named Bud who got hit by a car . My family has brought our pets there for years to the tune of thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars all of our pets have died off because of age and now I have a pet of my own however he didn't have a vet and there's no where I can take him in this whole town I have no way to get out of town and so I have to wonder if my pet's going to be okay. I just want to have him ex rayed and I have money to pay for it.

We’ve had great experiences here with our two cats. Our vet is incredible and sincerely cares about our animals. It can be difficult with their limited hours and staff to get in, but it’s a small town veterinarian. Not much to be done about that.

Good hospital if you can book months in advance for routine needs. The only issue is if you have an emergency, they will not fit it in. In the 4 years I have lived here my animals have had 4 emergencies. Every time I have called to ask if they can take an emergency they say they're booked 2-3 months in advance and won't even offer emergency care. You have to go out of town. If your dog or cat has an emergency they probably won't live if expect to have a Dr in ridgecrest see them.
