VERY bad pharmacy. They switched from being a 24 hour pharmacy and somehow only got worse?? Now I've waited for an hour in their drive thru just to watch the customer service guy take his sweet time in perusing the shelves for a prescription I've had refilled over and over. My sister literally got covid and because of their system screw-ups she couldn't get her medicine for almost two days when she needed BREATHING TREATMENTS. Just go anywhere else. The regular store people are nice though.

First of all you wait more than 30 min in line for the drive thru no matter what time you go and if its just you or a few vehicles waiting because the pharmacy employees take their time. It's ridiculous. I've waited over an hour 1 time and there were only 4 vehicles! It's like this every time! I had my prescriptions sent over electronically on Sept 26. I called a week later to ask what was going and was told a TAR was needed to be sent over from my doctor's office. It's been almost 3 weeks and my medicine still hasn't been filled. Come to find out the TAR was sent over the same day as my prescription so I call a 4th time and was put on hold numerous times. Finally I'm told "ok. I'm going to have the prescription filled but need to ask the pharmacist if it's ok for you to pick up today." I asked "so what was the issue? And why wouldn't I be able to pick up my medicines today?" She then tells me "I'll call you back shortly" and hangs up on me. I have a heart and lung condition, I need my medicines on time, not 3 weeks later all because the people in the pharmacy don't know what they're doing. They always have interns and different people working there every month. No wonder nothing is done right.

Staff is extremely rude, I'm always polite. Literally just asked a simple question and I received the rudest response. If Walgreens wants to keep customers please get staff that makes customers want to come back. Don't waste your money here. You have been warned.

Worse cx service !! They say free vaccine , no it’s not they bill your insurance for administration!! Waited over an hour in line !! Never in my email confirmation said bring insurance card!! I left work early for this!! Had all my 4 kids …
