Picked up medication for my son, when checking I realized the bottle had no security seal and was nearly empty. I took it back and was fed a load of BS about a manufacturing error and there are no seals on that medicine. Their solution was to claim ‘lost’ medicine on my insurance. It’s the pharmacist’s job to check this stuff. Went back to my regular CVS the next day and they replaced it. Same manufacturer, with a seal and full!

Security acting like he guarding the president.. I literally felt harassed today I understand you have a job to do and not at the best location but that was not ok being followed around because I was with my kids looking for a few items.. as a business owner this is not ok we don’t always have to dress overtly fancy to go to your local drug store. Good job with the stereo typing.

Quit advertising the "open 24 hours". They close at 2am.
