The store itself is good the pharmacy is unorganized and unprofessional never again going to this rite aid.

I just left rite aide pharmacy. While in line with several other customers the pharmacists ROSE was yelling at the employees very loud.. she was slamming little baskets on the counter and yelling..it was VERY rude of her. She needs to be sent home or written up. Its not the first time she has been like that. She dont even give out correct info about the vaccine.. please do something about her.

When you call ahead to see if you’re prescription is ready you’ll be hold for 20 plus minutes and when they finally answer you get low tier customer service. On top of my prescription being sent over at 11 am and not being able to wait on hold 20 minutes to speak to a rep. When I finally got off and went to get my meds at 4:30 DORA was rude as ever and asked me to come back in an hour. When I tried to call a head again to make sure my prescription was ready before wasting more gas I was on hold for 25 minutes and she was the same rude pharmacist to answer. Also she was rude and unprofessional when I picked up my meds and made it very obvious that she was talking about me while was waiting for my prescription to be filled. I should’ve…. Never mind
