STOLE MY CARD!!! If I could leave zero stars I would. We are on a road trip with my children stop for some dinner. We go through the drive through get to the window to pay. They take my card and hand me back "my card" wrapped in a receipt. Well an hour later we stop to stretch and get all the trash out. I grab the receipt and there is an in n out gift card in it. I am currently on with customer service. Customer service called the store and spoke with the manager. The response "I don't know how that could have happened" they have my card in the safe for when we go back through on our way home. Support was great and professional.

In-N-Out is known for its excellent service and food. This location is no exception. The restaurant is always clean and the employees (from my experience) have always been extremely professional and happy to serve. The food definitely upholds the traditional taste and freshness that the brand has come to know. We have never had an order that was incorrect and we have made some pretty large orders for upwards of 15 people. The drive-thru can look very long at peak hours of the day however, keeping in good fashion they are quick to fill those orders moving the cars out almost as fast as they are pulling in.

This is my FAVORITE In-n-Out ever!! Their burgers just seem to taste better, and their fries are always hot and perfectly salted. I also LOVE LOVE that they have crushy ice instead of the regular ice.
