This department is exactly why this city is plagued by the filthy public restrooms and gyms that most cities and towns are NOT- typical Chicago first generation blue collar incompetence and laziness. Start firing them at the top and work your way down until we have entirely new employees who earn the paychecks we give them. This city is disgusting compared to the majority of American cities and it boils down to nothing but LAZINESS.

Very unprofessional need a whole new team ! Don’t answer phones , have to keep calling back it’s ridiculous considering it has something to do with someone’s health

The Chicago Board of Health is allowing Ice Cream Vendors who have no permits on their carts to vend Ice Cream in Chicago area parks. The Ice Cream Is called Ricas Nieves and is not coming from a normal Ice Cream shop or Paleteria. This Ice Cream is scopped out of the cart and into Styrofoam cups. And these carts have no running water, making a potential for cross contamination. I am a former Oberweis Dairy and Ice Cream store employee. Ice Cream scooters need consistent fresh and clean water.

The Chicago Department of Public Health has nothing to do with birth certificates. Contact the Cook County Clerk's office. You may even be able to do it on line, but I'm sure you'll have to prove who you are first.

You should call 311 and report the issue
Remove it with colorox bleach ( the toilet cleaner kind)...put it along wherever the mold is,roll some tissue in a thin line and put it over where the bleach was applied and remove it 24 hours later....thank me later;)
