I have been eating at Shanghai for 8 years- Even with the change of ownership- I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is so friendly and the food is always perfect. I have tried so many different things and all Are so good. I always ask for “very spicy” and they never let me down!

Updated post: today I changed my 3 to a 2 because I noticed that they serve up old stale food. There are no distinct flavors, vegetables are wilted and flavorless, and the food was luke warm. I would order more often but it seems they never cook it fresh anymore when ordered; it appears that they cook everything in the morning in bulk, and just scoop it into containers as the day progresses. At least that's what it tastes and looks like.. Please start making it to order, FRESH, because you can tell a world of a difference. The horrible slippery kind of hand sanitizers are used here. This low viscosity oil spreads to everything and everything turns slippery. You can't wash this out, ever
