They have a dental clinic, you need to schedule an appointment to see if you qualify, bring photo id, recent pay stub or benefits letter, utility bill and I think that's it, check the website for necessary documents

At certain times during the year they offer tax advice the month before tax day and they also have financial advice but you have to talk to the care team and figure out when they're going to have it for you

That was never my experience. And the meats are frozen. The dates on meat always says, "use or freeze by..." As long as it stays frozen, it's not "expired." The care center is one of the nicest pantries I've ever been too, but as other contributors have suggested, you can always go elsewhere if you're not please with what they have to offer.

You can contact them. They do not go to your home, you must go there to Willow creek to see a counselor. Go in the morning, they will give you a pager to see someone for intake. Then you will be sent for the care counselor.
