Dr. Renee Burke is not only an amazing surgeon but an artist at her craft. She transformed my body. She listened to me, asked details on what I was looking for and delivered exactly as we discussed. Staff is very attentive, polite, knowledgeable. Office and surgery suite is spotless. I received the best care from this office! Anesthesiologist even called me day before my procedure to personally talk to me about any concerns, issues, etc. Can’t say enough about Dr Burke and her staff. She’s simply the best!!!

I would rate less than 1 star if I could. Very disappointed in this offices practices…I paid a $150 fee for a consultation on lower eyelid and lower facelift surgery. I was told to reserve a surgery date months in advance for another $1500.00 deposit to do so, all done before I even had the consultation, “in order to get on the doctor’s calendar “ I was told by Jennifer. After the consultation a week later and being informed of the recovery time needed, I decided to cancel the reserved date 3 months in advance, and this office keeps your $1500.00 that reserves a surgery date even though I no longer had one. It took Jennifer 3 seconds to remove my reservation, and I don’t think it cost $1500.00 to do that. I guess this is how you will pay for that very state of the art new office, stealing money from people for no services rendered. I have to work hard for my money, and can’t afford to give it away to you for nothing. What a very unethical practice. I will never refer anyone there to get ripped off like I did.

From my initial contact on line to actual in office appointments...I have had a excellent experience! All the back and forth via computer with Jennifer answering all my questions and preparing for my Procedure went smoothly and such a warm welcoming atmosphere!
