was going to try this place out bc it’s close to my job. I walked in and Staff was rude and had a bad attitude. won’t ever go back would rather give my Business to a different gun Range.

This is my go to spot. I’ve been a member for over 2yrs now. Reasonable pricing for membership and it’s worth it. All the staff there are super cool and knowledgeable.

Just like other reviews have stated, it’s hot in the ranges. Polite staff though.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Professional environment. I enjoy the shooting range when I can. Would do business again. Would recommend to family and friends.

Yes you can. You and your mother will use one lane, as minors should be supervised. There are guns available for rent, including rifles. I know, that now there is shortage on 9mm ammo in the country. I go there with my son's 10 and 13 and we shot Desert Eagle .50 and AK-47. For rifle lane there could be a line. If your mother decides to bring her gun, bring it unloaded in a box. If you are new to shooting, I recommend to take introduction class from Bullet Trap. When my family had one we shot 16 different guns of 4 different calibers.
Would recommend someone qualified to inspect the pistol prior to use, unless you know it is in good mechanical order.
You will need a driver's license to use the range
Nope no shotguns. But you can go to the Garland Public Shooting range and shoot shotguns all day long.
Discounts? Unfortunately no. But there is one of the best veterans/LEO membership programs available. For $90yr your range fee is $0 M-F and just $8 on the weekends. Alongside other perks. More information can be found on the website or calling the the store. Thank you for your service!
$18.99 for the (all day) range pass (all day is what they offer...not hourly), $10 to rent a gun, $1 for eye protection, $1 for ear, and then cost of ammunition. If you don't have any ammo, they have it for sale there too.
As long as it's not steel cased it's fine. Any thing else is fine. Steel case is allowed on the rifle bay up to .338 Lapua.
Best bet is to just give them a call. You'll get the correct answer much faster than on here. 2 of 3 non-employees of bullet trap say yes right now but 2 of 3 could be wrong.
It's best to call them directly.
If you're not a member, it's around $10 to rent a handgun there and you have to purchase the ammo from them. 9mm box of 50 rounds is about $16. Other calibers may be higher or lower.
They only check for steel.
Take your kid in and ask staff there to evaluate readiness. Our son worked with the range safety officer (another range) two or three times when he was younger. Once the RSO gave a thumbs up, everyone was comfortable.
Depends what gun and what brand of laser. I'd say if you want just a laser, you might be able to get Way with 40 to 50 bucks on top of your original gun if you buy a cheap one from amaz9n. But if you want something that lasts, expect 135 and up
