I was accused of scratching up my car myself. When I told the attendant I would take matters into my own hands, he told me to do what I wanted to do and walked off. I don't have money to throw away on getting my entire car repainted to rectify the situation that car spa caused. I'm not happy and I will be contacting headquarters when they open. *Update* Reached out to the Director of Ops, Josh Armond, and after telling me he would look into it and sending him a very detailed account of my experience, I was told that "the claim was denied by the manager and the supervisor." No clue what claim he's speaking of but he was no help and I will be reaching out to an attorney and whoever Josh Armond's boss is...or I will have my attorney do it. *IN RESPONSE TO THE REPLY FROM CAR SPA AND JOSH ARMOND: I don't accept this as it is interesting that Car Spa team told me that their cameras weren't very clear. I also don't accept being told that you're sorry I feel this way. It takes ALL responsibility off of you and your business and places it elsewhere. And it's interesting that you can respond to this message on a public platform but you have yet to reply to the email I sent you a month ago asking what claim you were speaking of. You say you didn't do it. I said you did. You said your cameras were too unclear to see alleged scratches when I asked to see the video and you first said yes. Then quickly changed your answer. From what I can understand, YOUR business does NOT accept responsibility. So shame on YOU.

I’ve been coming to this location for over 20 years. I’ve seen it though it’s ups and downs. The management that is in place right is the most rock solid I’ve seen it. On top of that, you are never waiting long for your wash and washes are done quite well!
