You can walk up to the window and order. There should be no reason they won't take your order.

My experience has been that they have a manager there they're really doesn't know what he's doing and he's very rude I've gone in there twice when it's been busy through the drive-thru drove in and he actually gave me the wrong order since I was headed for work I didn't have a chance to check it and not eating red meat I ended up with a hamburger and I had ordered a Breakfast Jack I was very disappointed early in the a.m. I have to be work to work at 4:45 a.m. I go there 4:30 and they have told me numerous times in the last couple of weeks at least four or five times when I get there oh sorry are burners aren't working we're trying to get them up and running now I feel like they just are not doing their job it's very disheartening this is the third jack in the box that has done that to me at 4:30 in the morning when there's said to be open for 24 hours Jack in the Box needs to take a better look at these places that are doing this in the Los Angeles area
