Sold me feed with bugs and mites crawling on the bags. Got home founds bugs all over it. Called them they were very kind, said they knew about bugs, told me to sit the bags in the sun to kill the bugs, advised that the bugs aren’t harmful to horses also offered to allow me to return product. The part that bothers me is that they knew about the bugs before selling it to me, I would not have bought it had I known. Also I would not have risked infesting my feed and tack room with bugs. As it turned out I found the bugs when I went to place the product in the grain bins in my tack room. My gut told me not to buy anything from the store. As soon as I walked through the door alarm bells were going off because the place is filthy and smells of feces. Overall though I would like to say their customer service is so good, they also had really good hay! I wonder if this is a great business that’s just had a rough couple years. If it is and they just need a little bit of help cleaning up I’d volunteer Saturday to come down and sweep and bleach some stuff and see if they can turn it around😊

I live halfway between maypearl and waxahachie and this feed stores the closest place I can buy live mice to feed my reptiles. They have to eat also.
