They really ought to treat their employees better instead of working the good ones to death and keeping around the freeloading asshats. It’s no wonder you can’t keep out of “critical staffing” status. Especially when you pay your new hires more than the CNA’s who’ve been working there for years. And I say all this as disrespectfully as possible. Current management needs to fired for their ineptitude. It’s high time the dirty laundry got put on display. I’m positive the Idaho labor board would love to hear about the shady business practices. I would never consider this facility to care for any of my family.
