Worse service ever I had to tell someone only cheese and they ask if I want onions still only cheese means one thing. Then I ask for the meals they ring me up for sandwiches only then I get refunded and refuses to help me get contact til they had time.

By far the worst fast-food experience I have ever had, and I worked in the industry for 5 years. Not only was the lady taking my order short and unpleasant, but I was also never given my total and could not understand her because she was so quiet. It took 15 minutes just to get to the window were no one even bothered to greet me, apologize for the wait, or even come to the window at all. Sat there for an additional 5 minutes then I had enough and went to McDonalds. The lack of caring about the job is ridiculous, especially when you have customers willing to pay good money for food, they like that provide you a steady paycheck. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

The General Manager Jason is running this store right! Smart business decision having this customer service oriented gentleman as the boss, he is friendly and pays attention to customer needs. He goes above and beyond to make it a great experience each time I come here! Give this man a raise!!!

Two out of three of our menu selections were unavailable. We were stuck in the drive through with cars on both ends so we couldn't leave. Drive throughs should be required to have an out.
