Excellent service throughout. Front desk rep provided valuable information the day before my appointment to ensure that a very bad windshield impact did not spread beyond repair. The next day the team worked on my vehicle, and despite the chip being too large for their tool, David took considerable time and care to fix the chip by hand. Excellent service and a great result.

Trying to get my driver's side window replaced.. Shattered near Austin, Safelite told me would be ten days before they could get to it. Told agent on the phone I'm traveling back to the Tyler Texas area when could I get an appointment there and she gave me a date that was......ten days later. When to Moose Auto Glass and was replaced 2 days later.

Some vehicles have like 25 different windshields. It is best to go to the shop so they can help narrow it down to the right glass

It isn't advertised, but it is about $50.00 at this location without insurance. It is an in shop special. If you get it mobile, it cost a lot more
