Ok, let’s begin. I usually change the oil by myself. But the circumstances brought me to this valvoline oil change station. I had my own oil and oil filter. I gave them 3 cans 5 quarts each and asked them to put 13 quarts total, so 2 full cans and 3 quarts out of the third one. I saw the guy I was giving all instruction telling the other guy to do so. When it was time to fill up the engine with a new oil, that guy was on the phone talking to someone and not paying attention to his job. So he did put all 3 cans inside, I was trying to stop him, but it was too late. They drained some oil out of my engine and they let me go. So I definitely had to come back to drain more oil out of my engine. I waited for another half hour in the line to get back to them and asked how much oil they drained, they said half a quart. HALF OF THE QUART, CARL!!!! It’s elementary school math, you don’t need to be a genius to calculate how much is “15-13”… So definitely be very careful when you let these guys change your motor oil, especially when you want them to change your own oil. Be very very careful, course this mistake could cost me around 8000$. Oh, their manager gave me 20$ discount, like he did some favor to me, thanks a lot! I will think twice before I go back to valvoline. So I spent about 2 hours in that place to do the basic thing. Duvan and his team are amazing Duvan went to the bank and when he came back and noticed I was still in line he made sure I was the next car I was offered water because it was hot out and was giving a detailed run down of what was taking place with my car couldn’t ask for better customer service and I will definitely be coming here for anything future involving my car ❤️ Today I was a first time customer
