Taken my car to get inspection twice. Was told machine was down once and then it was frozen. My friend went through this situation with them at Chapel Hill three different times.

I went yesterday and got through the inspection then the computer froze up and they sent me to the one on 5th street and they sent me to the one on troup hwy. Needless to say I still haven't gotten the inspection paper yet after paying for it.
