Doctors I have seen at this clinic have been helpful and good to work with. However, the logistics here to get referrals sent out, or to get your test results back are completely inadequate and unsatisfactory. The receptionist girls are very nice, but some of the nurses are down right rude. The biggest issue comes from the referral department. There is a big lack of connection and communication between the doctors and this department. I have had many logistical issues (and I mean literally close to ten issues) whether it be actually getting referrals sent out or the administrative side not having accurate information to move you along in your health journey as a patient. It is very difficult dealing with illness in general, but adding this difficulty on top greatly compounds the struggle. I have often thought, dealing with the logistics and administrative side of my health is sometimes worse than my actual illness. This is a disgrace. I should not have to do the job of the office staff.

When I had a significant change from the previous year and the test showed nothing to show why I asked for a referral to a specialist. I was told they would not write a referral because I had no symptoms. This Dr completely disregarded my request and the fact I had a significant change in my health in one year. Why?? Why not want to help me get to the bottom of this change ?? No thanks. Not the practice for me. I want proactive doctors not reactive when a negative health event does show up.Onlyfafter I complained did she say yes to the referral. Begrudgingly.

I’ve been going here for a few years, I was sad when my doctor left to main hospital he was a very good doctor, but I’m happy for his graduation! I had one bad experience with one lady but other than that all staff and doctors are awesome! Always friendly and welcoming to any situation!! Glad my family found Munson!

Meeting my timing preferences seems to be a priority for the extra considerate and helpful office staff, and my individual treatment requests have been compassionately supported by the entire medical team. I confidently recommend this medical practice to others.
