^ it's a good idea to get a consultation with someone at idaho legal aide or ada county fair housing . One of those two places can inform you of your rights as a tenant.

No. I had mine fixed 1700
You should call the housing hotline and see if they can help at ILAS if not there is a free clinic at the Boise Public Library downtown. Its every 2nd and 4th Monday so Dec 10th is rhe next one and its from 3:45 to 5:30 you can speak to an Attorney and get frre legal advice.
That question would take a lot of research as it would require an in-depth analysis of case law. No one on google would answer that bcs people cannot practice law without a license. And a lawyer would require more info than what was given to answer. Your beat bet would be to hire an attorney, or if you can't afford one, i believe the Main Branch of the Boise Library hosts a free legal clinic twice a month. Call them for the dates and times
Yes. Custody cases are one of the services provided by Idaho Legal Aid.
Google is asking the public to answer your question. I do not believe that ILAS sees these. I may be wrong though. You should probably call and speak to their attorneys. Sorry I could not be of service.
