Very nice hotel with a great staff. Lobby bar was decent. I did not eat there so I can't comment.

Positive: Staff were exceptional was very professional Negative: Hotel was overbooked and did not have a room available, we did not know where we were going to sleep that night. After approx 1 hour and several phone calls Xatherine ound us a room at another hotel.

Positive: Location & accessibility. Negative: Cleanliness could have been better. There were 2 dead flies on floor. Room smelled musty. Lots of noise in hallway my first night there.

I called 3 separate times before my trip to confirm that they offer a crib for my 2 year old to sleep in. The told me absolutely, they already confirmed with housekeeping there would be one in my room. We get here after traveling since 8am and we are informed that not only is there no crib available for us but that they don’t even offer cribs. I hope the rest of their guests enjoy the sounds of my child crying all night because he has nowhere to sleep properly. The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.
