Daemon was a complete pro! He couldn’t have been nicer! There was no pressured up selling. I went with the strip and clean tile and grout service. The results are amazing! Our carbon monoxide detector went off, and kept going off for about 20 minutes. Daemon had to break the seal to get it to stop. So, the alarm is toast. Stanley Steemer took an agreed dollar amount off my bill to cover a replacement. I’m very happy with the resolution and I’m thrilled with results!!!

I would agree with Shawn's answer, I had carpeting and upholstery done with no problems.
A light vacuuming in the traffic areas is recommended but not required. If needed, the crew can pre-vacuum the area to be cleaned.
Typically, it takes anywhere between 8-24 hours for carpet to dry and between 2-6 hours for upholstery to dry. Using fans and turning your heating or cooling on can help speed up drying time.
Yes! At no extra charge, we move furniture and return it back to its original place with protective padding. Items we will not remove include: pianos, electronics, china cabinets, beds, dressers with mirrors, pool tables
