A nice, clean hotel just on the outskirts of Hermiston. Very modern, chic room. Check-in process was easy. It helped that I had already facilitated the process through the chain's online reservation website. Looking forward to that Keurig coffee in the morning!

A very clean hotel they are always cleaning inside and outside of the hotel very helpful employees and polite and has a good breakfast my only concern is my key card to my room door hasn't worked properly since I've been here June 4th and its July 9th I was told someone would fix it yesterday still hasn't been resolved

Our 4th year coming up to Washington from Colorado to visit family and staying here in Hermiston, OR. Always been excellent service and food, clean rooms and never missing anything. Stayed last night and it was just as great, Jose at the front desk was super nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was also great!

It was nice enough during our stay here. But I feel that it is Extremely Overpriced for what you get... We did enjoy a very nice hot breakfast that is served in the morning. Just disappointed in the cost of a basic room here.
