Chelsea has said disturbingly ugly things to us. Uncalled for behavior. Can only imagine what is going on on the inside. A spa that does not bring you peace, make you feel taken care of or calm. Overall experience will leave you more stressed out. At this location (and the Princeton location) you have to interact with spiteful and childish staff. Everything about my entire family’s membership experience here the past two years has been inconvenient and quite honestly hurtful. We are in the process of canceling and this has only made our interactions even more distressing.

I signed up for the monthly membership a couple of years ago. Covid happened and was not able to use my credits. I knew I had credits on my account that I did not use due to covid. I was told you can use you credits at any location. I went to use my credits at a different location in PA and they said the credits had be used already at this location in Langhore. I said thats impossible, I haven't even been to this location in Langhore ever in my life. So I called the Langhore location and explained to them I think there is a misunderstanding, there is no way I used my credits, and especially not at their location. The manager basically accuses me of lying and talking down to me, saying there is nothing she can do for me. Clearly the issue was they signed someone in for a service under the wrong name and used my account by accident. I am unsure this "manager's" name, but she has extremely poor customer service skills for working at a spa. So I basically threw my money down the drain. Paid for services I didn't or can't use. I tried to reach out to corporate a few months ago with no respond back.

They need to tell people about their policies BEFORE charging them! Terrible customer service. They charged my card without telling me! I've never been there before. I needed to reschedule. They said, sure, no problem. No one said there's a $60 fee if you don't give enough notice. They just charged it and would not refund it.
