Too difficult to access services, too much hold time when calling in, I dont feel confident I am getting effective care. Their teams dont coordinate well. I can't find a positive, sorry.

I've been coming to the Mantua office for just about 9 years. I have never felt so belittle in all my life. The staff gives me such a hard time every time I need a refill, they make excuses, change rules, never own their errors or apologizes for any inconvenience. Some of the nurses are hostile, not friendly and very aggressive. I am very much involved with my treatment plan and love my physician, the Medical Director Dr. Jeffrey Millstein - he's an old school physician, he listens, assess and together we take the best approach for total healthcare. He allows me to have a voice in my care with various diagnosis and I trust his judgment. Healthcare/Physicians are forced to fast track you. I also called this January with a fever of 105 emailed the group and no one called me back. I ended up in the ER with COVID. I trust my PCP to respond to me with directions. I don't believe the nurses pass on the information needed to care for the patients properly. They can definitely use some sensitivity training. The positives, your in and out, God forbid you need pain medication, you are judged! When you call in for refills make sure you do it when you have 10 pills verses 1, because their is always an issue and they can care less if you don't have the medication. ALL the nurses and medical asst are NOT not bad. I can name names, but I'll spare them the embarrassment. I plan on reporting them for their behaviors on a different platforms. Know your rights! You can report a provider, nurse, aides, they are all licensed through Occupational health. They should be held accountable if your not treated with dignity and respect. Otherwise, I love my physician and my Ortho physician and especially the xray team in bucks county, awesome group of people. Oh your billing team have no idea what they're doing, I can honestly say that because i am a professional Healthcare Billing manager of 38 years. They forwarded my bill to collections, while i had insurance and they failed to bill timely. You know you can't do that. If you failed to meeting the deadline to bill - you CANNOT bill a patient with active insurance.....geesh. Hire me, I'll clean up shop for you Penn.

I had to travel 1 hour and 20 minutes to get there. I had to stop within 30 minutes of my drive. I tried to call and let them know that I was running late. No direct line to office available and the 215 number prompted me to make or cancel appointment. No way to connect and traffic wasn’t helpful. When I got there 20 minutes late they refuse to see me. I explained that I just traveled over an hour and 20 minutes but Dr. Yellin said no. Not ever going there again. Too many alternatives to be treated like My pain and time don’t matter. I would have been glad to wait longer. I had to limp my burning inflamed knee back to the car.

I had some pretty terrible gynecological experiences before coming to Penn Medicine in Woodbury Heights. First, I want to mention that their Covid safety protocols are out of this world. They make sure you feel sanitary, safe, and comfortable. Beyond the waiting room (which was very accommodating, spacious, clean, and efficient), I can only speak on the OB/GYN department. Raven, Kristen, and Robyn were all fantastic; I had a really excellent care team. I felt comfortable, listened to, and understood. They also value mental health equally to physical health, which is not something you see in every doctor's office. They met my needs in a professional and timely, yet personal way that really exceeded my expectations. This SHOULD be the standard for all medical practices. Thank you! I will be returning soon!
