My husband and I have been patients since 2018, unfortunately neither of us will be coming back. Whoever answers the phone is very rude, she has no patience at all, she hung up the phone on me twice today. I have been calling since past week because I had some testing done and the results weren't good but it's been impossible to reach to Dr. Tomasso since the person on the phone simply keeps hanging up on me every time I call, it's a total disrespect and disregards for my concerns as a patient. I guess I need a new doctor because although so far Dr. Tomasso has been great I just can't accept this treatment from her receptionist and won't stand for it.

Dr. Tomasso is one of the most knowledgeable, experienced and accessible doctors I have ever had. She has made some difficult diagnoses that others would have missed. She is thorough and comprehensive. I highly recommend her.

I just called in to see if I could reschedule my appointment. The phone was answered and the person on the other end immediately started talking to someone in the office. She said "go ahead and take a few" or something to that effect. Then she hung up on me. So I called back and said " I have an appointment for tomorrow. I want to see if I can reschedule it for something in the future." She comes back and says "we're booked for tomorrow." I repeated what I stated before about ALREADY HAVING AN APPOINTMENT. So she tells me that the earliest appointment opening that they have is July 26th and some time in the morning. I told her that I would be out of town so I would like to keep the appointment that I already have. She then asks if I want to come in earlier at 10 or so. I told her no and I would go ahead and come in at the time I had. Her response was "so you want to keep the 11:15?" I said yes and she confirmed it. I said "thanks" and she immediately hung up on me without even responding. I like Dr Tomasso, but this was probably the worst interaction I have ever had with anyone in her office. I have been going there for a few years now and this was a rather terrible experience.
