Treat long time loyal Engineers as disposable garbage. My uncle invented several patents and manufacturing innovations (work product of course) that still makes/save them hundreds of thousands if not millions $ per year and they canned him 6 months before full retirement, just shy of 30 years. Garbage money grubbers don't care about a single thing except to make more-more- more money ! It should be criminal. Just reiterated that loyalty means nothing change jobs at least once a year and you will make so much more and save that much more for retirement that they will steal from you anyways.
