We did not have the same good experience everyone else did. I want to give less stars than 3, but feel mean but also want to put a dent in the 4 star rating. The ambiance *is* nice here and we tried it bc it is close spot with good reviews but will not return. The staff verbally stated they could not seat us due to short staffing. However there were only 1 or 2 tables seated and a full staff ready in the back. So we thought fine maybe there are reservations coming in… but then the girl was able to accommodate us, as a party of 3 and I was 40 weeks pregnant on my birthday. Our food was not good. While sitting, other people did start to filter in and we heard servers start their table conversation with we are out of x y z bc we are short staffed or Covid or whatever. While it is understandable there are issues, i don’t think they always need to be brought to the guests attention, if at all and certainly not before you even know if you can help the guest. It was a weird experience and unflavorful.

VERY slow service with hardly no customers there🤷‍♀️ THE meal ???? 😬 Best of Meridian...seriously? I was extremely disappointed 😞
