This is a literal embarrassment. Apple claims they're willing to take recycling at their store and when I came in I asked for the manager in regards to the recycling and the employee that I dealt with was being rude and refused to get the manager for any reason. That being said this manager better fire this employee that is responsible for the unnecessary attitude.

You are better off making an appointment once you have arrived to the Smith Haven lovation. Calling in an appointment can change by 3 hours. Store closes at 9:30pm
With this Coronavirus, do you have to make an appointment to go shopping or do you just go and buy it? I want to buy an iPhone and I don't know what to do.

Most Apple locations do offer the software for sale but it might be best to call them and confirm. When they reopened from COVID, they required appointments. I dont think they need them anymore but it doesnt hurt to call and double check on all of that. I dont want to steer you wrong here!
The website says no available appointments today, would I be able to come in and wait for an opening? Or would I have more luck coming in on a different day? I would rather come in today, as soon as possible.

I went last weekend and they were operating the Genius Bar from the parking lot. Long Island entered Phase 4 this week so some malls have reopened. I suggest calling ahead to be sure.
