The new, West side entrance threw us off momentarily, but it wasn't hard to figure out (follow the signs). It was fairly busy when we went (Saturday afternoon), but the employees were on the ball, friendly & organized!
DeathSentence WA
Literally dragged trash through the parking lot rather than collecting it. BBB should be involved.

Why do they insist on putting the garbage bins in front of our driveway? After parking in the street and getting my crutches out of my vehicle, was able to move them a few feet back to where they will stay all week till next Tuesday, when I'll have to move them out of the driveway. -1 ☆

Always friendly folks and easy in and out.

Yes, you have to pay for a full load. It is about $30.
Mondays from 1200 - 1900 south west lot on Franklin rd. Household hazardous waste program. More info at curbitboise.org
Avg is roughly 1 cubic yard. $11-13.00 charge
Recycling goes to western for cardboard. Glass to salt lake city. Metal to Pacific recycling. Wood to timber creek recycling. Currently Meridian does not have a spring leaf program.
No. Next Monday.
They are completely subjective in charging fees. They are a complete rip off as well. Your branches and leaves made into mulch and sokd for a profit.
I had a truck and trailer of branches and it cost $35 as of 5-10-18
Branches and yard debris are $7 a yard, a truck bed is roughly 2/3 yards full
Only Mondays noon - 7 pm in the front parking a lot there is no cost, only tv’s that are 27 inches or less , with the TV’s if they are flat screens or project screen they are just trash
You can bring tires in but I'm not sure what they do with them. There is a fee for disposal.
No, there was no delay this week.
You can toss cardboard at no charge in the designated bins. It gets pretty full on the weekends, so weekdays are a best bet.
During operation hours yes, Monday - Saturday 8a - 5p Excluding Major Holidays
No
They do have a bin for glass on the west side of the building. There is no charge to drop off.
We do not take hazmat here
Should be. Running a day late
You can pick up compost at: Idaho Botanical Garden | 2355 N. Penitentiary Road. Boise, ID 83702 Hours of Operation: Monday - Sunday, normal business hours – 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Joplin Road Compost Site | 12142 W Joplin Rd, Boise, ID 83714 Hours of Operation: Monday-Sunday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m More info at curbitboise.org and cityofboise.org
Paint needs to be taken to the hazardous waste collection site, a mobile facility that goes to different locations around the valley on different days of the month. The schedule can be found at curbitboise.org.
The Transfer station does. 2130 w Franklin Rd. Main parking lot has a green 40yard roll off container for glass containers
Yes. There is a 40 yard container that your boxes go into.
Aluminum cans take to Western Recycling for redemption glass is no charge for recycling. Glass containers are located in the front parking lot and inside the transfer station
In your trash, there isn't anything hazardous to that
Yes, just call and schedule the pick up. They won't pick it up if you put it out with your regular trash.
Depending on what city you live in you can get it picked up and disposed of. The city of Boise will pick up for free other cities may have a small charge for home pickup. Call them and they can tell you if there is a charge or not.
It depends on where you are. Boise City customers can have them picked up on their service day for no additional fees. Elsewhere in the valley, there are fees per item. Call Republic for fees when you provide your address. Or you can get the prices for dropping off at the landfill or at the transfer stations.
No we do not.
It's always best to come in. It's too hard to quote sight unseen. We appreciate you as a customer!
Anything you take to the transfer station or landfill will not be free. If you live in Boise city the green top toaters will be picked up for free and be taken to make compost that will.be free to pick up.
If you have the green compost bins you can put your clippings in there.
A portion of the recycling goes out as a fuel source. A large portion goes to be recycled. Some ends up in the landfill when people contaminate the materials with non recycling type items in their recycle carts. It is not as efficient as it could be because of careless habits. Everyone can do better, it starts at home.
If you wait until the 3rd week in April the pickup will be free during Nampa's spring cleaning week. Just call during the week to schedule your pickup.
If you live in the city of Boise they will pick it up for free just put it out to the curb call Republic Services and they will schedule somebody to come out and pick it up
If it's to drop it off at the land fill I'm pretty sure is free
I think about 41.00 a yard
Boise does. The leaf program has ended elsewhere . You can take leaves to the transfer stations free until December 15th.
I'm not sure they monitor this forum. It would be best to call their office directly with your specific questions.
I think that's something you got to call ahead of time for so if you don't have a cell phone make a little difficult I think that's what their policy is and those kinds of items could always just sit it out and see what happens
They will send out a flyer when they start doing leaf pickup
If you can wait till spring cleanup the second week of May and put them out with your other bulky items they'll take them with no charge.
Yes
I don't think so. Break them down and there's a special dumpster for them.
Customer service is there from 8 to 2 but the transfer station is open from 8 to 5
No
Yes
Also long as there no no propane tank attached you can drop it off for no charge
Yes as long as they are not wax coated or have food on them.
No There is no glass recycling at this location
