I can't say enough great things about Melissa. Our kids were being harassed by an adult man and his wife. She stepped in and made sure our kids felt safe and made sure he left them alone. She went above and beyond for us and our kids. She made it very clear to the man and his wife that they would be asked to leave or authorities would be called if they didn't stop harassing minor children. We appreciate her and her dedication to all the children and their well being while at urban air.

We are driving through town. Tuesday night on a school night. We basically have the place to ourselves. However, staffing for just us is still an issue. Cafe staff is intermittent. We can't seem to find anyone. No staff members available for rock climbing or VR. We have to keep asking. Overall, definitely staffed by high schoolers for 4 hours after school. Great place, but don't expect great service.

Yes. Your purchase is for the entire day. The best way to get the most out of it is to arrive when they open.

there are several different options for different budgets. starting at $9 for 5 and under, and up to $25 for the ultimate package. Parents are discounted when you buy a pass for the kiddos. they also have add ons if you want to purchase by activity which could get spendy. check out the website. also socks are $2.99 and required.

$10 for each person is at correct? Also, do you have any birthday packages for 6 people? I noticed that all your packages are for 10 or more. If so, how much?
For my 9 year old it was $25.. that's for every attraction with no time limit.. my 4 year old was $8 I believe, for everything, and no time limit.
We do not charge by the hour. Like Jada states above, we charge by packages and allow you to stay as long as you want. We also have a full cafe. Thx!!
For 10 & Under, pricing is dependent on your height. If height restrictions only qualify you for a particular Experience package, you then only pay that price and not the higher price.

Our Foam Pit is for battle beam solely. No flips into the foam blocks as we are trying to keep all customers safe!
