I gave them 4/5 because car transfers take longer than I feel they should considering we pay for the shipping. Overall would recommend to friends and family.

Ed the salesman was fantastic. He was quick and helpful and moved the process along. However with carmax the best finance offer I had was incredibly high. I bought the car and refinanced it the next day and got 1/4 of the interest that carmax offered me. Carmax was not helpful in using their own 3 day refinance program. There were many automated phone calls to go through and many calls to the finance office. When I was finally able to get someone who knew of the program, they sent a blank pdf file to my bank and did not respond after that. Luckily we were able to figure out the math at the bank and cut a check for the exact amount to carmax. How do the people at carmax not know how to do their own refinance program? Seems like they are trying to scam people
