BEWARE OF DOG So I'm in Kringle's Korner today picking out my 12th large bag of Zignature dog food, and the 13th, which is free per the manufacturer. I have my card filled out as instructed with all my purchases documented by the store employees, who by the way are really great and the reason I shop there. The store owner is called to ask about how to ring that free bag up and he starts going off on her saying he won't honor it without the UPC. Perhaps there should've been some transparency about that a year ago when I started the card. I have credit card statements. BTW, that is a Fromm's manufacturer requirement and not Zignature's. It's not the first time the owner has changed his mind mid-transaction about a sale and price. I pre-ordered two cases of Zignature cans and was told the store offered 10% on case pre-orders. When I went to pick up the order, the owner decided at that moment because he didn't stock one flavor, he wasn't going to honor the transaction. He called back repeatedly and yelled at the employee while I was standing at the register, trying to get checked out, to not honor the transaction. Where's the honesty? Shocked by his rudeness. Bad dog. No business.
