Out running errands most of the day so I decided to treat myself to dinner. Had a variety of coupons and was looking forward to enjoying my Popeyes' when I got home. I was the only car in the drive through so the service was fairly fast. Ordered 5 piece, 2 sides and 2 biscuits. After paying drove straight home, 5 minutes. Changed clothes and sat down to eat. I looked at the chicken and was greatly disappointed 😞But it was the biscuits that pushed me over the edge. They were hard as rocks. I grabbed my purse and the bag and returned to Popeyes. Again, the only car in the drive through. Explained to the clerk that I wanted my money back and she refunded my money and asked me could she get me a pie or a drink...I told her I just wanted dinner. She asked if I would take mild as a substitute and made me a fresh order and added 2 pies. I ate when I got home and I was not impressed with the replacement. I have eaten Popeyes for a number of years and in varuos locations from Virginia, OH, and DC. I don't know if they have changed the recipe 🤔 but it was not the Popeyes that I remember.

Placed an order on GrubHub at 8:30. The ETA was constantly pushed back until it finally said ETA 10:55. My order was for a simple chicken sandwich meal. I only live 12 minutes away. They wanted me to wait 2 and a half hours, a full hour after the restaurant closes. I cannot help but imagine the staff simply didn't want to deliver the meal so they delayed it until I cancelled. I will never go to or order from this restaurant ever again.

Drove thru this place and they took 4 minutes before taking my order. Then I gave my order and they said they were out of half of the things I asked for. Once I finally completed my modified order, I pulled up to the window and waited even longer for my food. Once I left the drive thru and began to eat, less than half the food I ordered was in the bag. Worst drive thru experience I can remember.

After taking a very long break from this location we decided to give this location another try. This location is under new management, we met the new manager this evening while we enjoyed our dinner. He is friendly, polite, is great with the staff and excellent with the customers. Our food came out quickly and correctly! Very impressed by the positive turn around and look forward to being able to enjoy Popeyes again!
