This the worst pediatric office! I was told they sent an email to the doctor stating my daughters immunizations weren’t enough to be enrolled in school. She also needed a letter stating she was up to date on her shots. The receptionist, Yovi, kept trying to convince me the shot records were enough. She then, finally agreed to email a doctor. After calling in for weeks for an update, a month later I was told they can’t release patient information. Why wouldn’t you be able to release the information if I came into the office with identification proving I am a parent of the patient? I’m so glad my daughter is no longer a patient. I recommend finding a new doctor for your children. They’re incompetent.

Every time I call they put me on hold for and extra 10 to 15 minutes. I ask can I get a print out of my child medical record, and the lady told me to go to my health online and I asked for is there anything else is needed. She answered I don’t know just google it. Very unprofessional!!! They need to hire more competent workers!

I have been going there since my first daughter was born (3 years ago) and they have always treated me well. with my second daughter the doctor treated her in the hospital. I am happy with the service but when you call to make an appointment or anything THEY NEVER ANSWER. however, the doctors and staff have always treated us well.
