It’s nearly impossible to get them on the phone but they sure will call you as soon as you miss a payment even if it’s not in critical standing. I just need to change my phone number for them but I’m guessing they don’t like answering the phone if it’s not necessary. Next time I’m going to Aarons

Getting the product is fairly easy. As long as you go through the simple process. They are more then happy to give you whatever item you want. However better pray you can make every payment and not have any personal issues come up. I had to take a week off work due to Covid so of course my paycheck was much less then I expected. Got set up to work from home so I could pay the late payment and normal one no problem my next check. Do they care ? Nope. Apparently there is no grace period even though the website says "can't make a payment? No problem just contact your local store and we will work with you " lol. Bold faced lie right there. They will work with you by saying they can do nothing and asking you to return your item.
