Totally Scam people's don't ever buy anything from them they will took forever to deliver your furniture and still have some missing parts scratches all over damaged furniture not worth it all. sometimes they don't even deliver just tell you guys to pick it up even you paid for delivery fees -Paul

My wife and I were looking to replace our living room furniture, by chance we walked in to Furniture City Designer store on Blackstone and Barstow, the moment we walked in we knew this place is different from the rest of the stores, truly nice furniture. We saw what we wanted and we bought it on the spot, knowing that we had to wait for up to 10 weeks for it to be made in Canada, however it took 12 weeks for it to be delivered. What we found most interesting was the fact that the sales person Sammy and the manager Anthony and later Saeed were so helpful and re assuring, THANK you all three, be sure that we will spread your excellent service and fine quality furniture by word of mouth and we shall be dropping in for more.

I agreee with this..this is what im going through right now..and the deposit i made was not refunded to me..i canceled because they called me to let me know the color i wanted for a vanity wasnt available and tries to convince me to go in ans reselect..i however did not want to and decided to cancel it...they called me still after i had cancelled to let me know the payments due tommorw..how if it was already canceld and they did not give me my refund back for the deposit..i dont recommend this place unprofessional
You're exactly right, Ill be taking them to court soon, their policies, and customer servire is horrible.
Dont go there there furniture is not what they seem
According to them they don’t have a corporate office
They are following the covid safety rules strictly
You can walk in the front door and ask him where to park to load your furniture up
