I agreee with this..this is what im going through right now..and the deposit i made was not refunded to me..i canceled because they called me to let me know the color i wanted for a vanity wasnt available and tries to convince me to go in ans reselect..i however did not want to and decided to cancel it...they called me still after i had cancelled to let me know the payments due tommorw..how if it was already canceld and they did not give me my refund back for the deposit..i dont recommend this place unprofessional

Yes, I totally agree with this. I have waited for 7 months to get my bedroom furniture and now that I no longer wants to wait because they still dont have any clue when the shipment will be available, they dont want to cancel the order. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM.

I must wonder if this Ashley Patterson is a real person??? Fresno native been shopping at Furniture City for at least 7 years never had any problems with them. The do have good expensive furniture but their prices are unbeatable. Highly recommend you ask for Ash he is very knowledgeable and not pushy.
I agree with you, to date they have not delivered my furniture to me, I called them and what they did was hang up the phone on me
These guys wouldn’t cancel my order after telling my furniture was back ordered after I paid a 500$ down payment, and made me wait 2months for delivery because the deposit was non refundable, the furniture arrived and was not remotely close to what was ordered,they took it back and delivered another set of a completely different color & style, I waited 9months for them to pick it up & replace it which they also never ended up doing.
Sorry about your experience. Myself on the other hand have had excellent customer service. The furniture is good quality and good prices as long as you are paying cash. The salesperson Karen is on top of things. I plan on furnishing my new home with furniture from there. Where can you go and have delivery and set up for $100?!?
Ah we had the exact opposite experience. We are very happy with our purchase and had a wonderful salesman. Sorry you had such a bad experience. What happened??
