The midnight shift was 2 ladies on Thurs and Friday nights back to back. They cranked it out as quickly as possible and did it with a smile and great attitude through it all both nights. (They were busy since it was just after KI closed for the nights)

Filthy, nasty, just gross everywhere.the waitress laughed as we entered and I asked where do we sit. She said " if you can find a Clean table you can sit there". To be clear there are less than a dozen tables in the whole place. And every one was dirty and I mean food chunks and napkins etc, not just a little dirty. I came from the west coast and wanted to try Waffle house so I cleaned my own table and seated my family there. The waitress was utterly clueless (brain dead?). We ordered three drinks. The soda fountain was approximately ten feet away. Between there and our table she lost a drink! (seriously). I asked as she sat down two drinks "where is my soda" she was bewildered. And took 8min walking in circles to decide to get a new one. I decided to join in looking. And the soda was on the fountain where it was poured! Omgosh id love to say the story gets better but it definitely did not. Half our orders were totally wrong. (we were 1of 2 tables, clueless like I said) she re wrote our correct order and guess what we got wrong plates again... We just ate it because it wasn't worth the effort to talk to her again. This place is a joke the employees were a joke. This place is definitely the worst restaurant I've eaten at. So all in all I suppose I got the Waffle house experience. Half decent food one step up from dining in a dumpster.

The four of us arrived for a late night meal at 12:15 AM. There are two waffle house employees, only two.....the cook had one ticket cooking at a time. It is currently 12:45 and we haven't been served yet. The cook acts like he is a God and half the dinning room is closed. Waffle house should shut their doors if they cannot offer better service.

I stopped here from NJ on my way to Kentucky for work. Disclaimer: Maybe I shouldn’t have sat at the kitchen facing but there were no other seats available. I placed my order and realized when I was served I said “well done” eggs (i meant to say scrambled well done, my issue) The strange part for me is when the supervisor attempted to give my plate to the cook, the entire staff stopped what they were doing to hear my revision. I apologized and verbally acknowledged it was my fault but was met with a loud tone from a tall gentlemen with a smart remark. While engaging with the supervisor, he interrupts me abruptly and now the entire restaurant is staring. Unprofessional and aggressive. If he wants to produce that energy, he should work at a gym instead. With this said, I felt scolded in this moment. I just ate the food I ordered and left. *Why did everyone stop their duty to stare when it was only one item that needed to be amended. * Not cool but Jenin did her best to dissolve the situation. Thanks Jenin.
