If I could share one word about this place it would be RUN. Apartments look great, but that’s about all I can say about this place. We lived here for a year and it was awful. When we first moved in they tried to move our move in date constantly. We found out they had moved our date only because WE called THEM and they told us it moved, not the other way around. Had we not called, we would’ve had a move in truck there only to be turned away. They never contacted us in any fashion but it went from November to December and then maybe January. Yet we had confirmation from management for a date in November we finally moved in and thought the trouble was over. It wasn’t. Management doesn’t manage instead they leave notes on tenets doors threatening fines for hanging curtains or other ridiculous things such as having items out on your patio. They try to upsell garages for over $150 a month (at the time) by having ultra limited parking which isn’t even assigned it’s a free for all. And then when we tried to leave this horrid place management was over an hour late to the walk through and blamed us for not filing the paperwork. Which they conveniently found after talking with them about it for half an hour because they can’t even keep files straight. When we moved out it was a mass exodus of tenets running away. Unless they changed something drastically about management I would look somewhere else and save yourself days of arguing and drama for a small overpriced apartment.

Beautiful new property. Built last year. They have hard wood floors, granite counter tops & stainless steel appliances. It's very nice. All of the apartments have an open Floorplan. I love that my bedroom has a ceiling fan & one of my bathrooms has a double sink. They have washer & dryer hook ups if you want one you can rent them. The location is perfect, not far from all the best Folsom has to offer. I would definitely recommend.
