Everyone there in the shop has an ego as if they’re better than the customer. They need to be well trained with customer service and not to mention about being on hold and never getting contacted back.

I would not take the chance of going to this location.You take the chance of a small petty manYelling at you for parking in the wrong place. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

I would definitely look into this as an option for your metal needs instead of metal supermarket. The customer service is much much much better!
