Horrible Customer Service! Starbucks is price gouging and double charging for iced cappuccino (soy milk) plus additional charge for foam, when we are already paying for soy milk! The manager completely lacks common sense. The manager was charging me $9 for an iced cappuccino, when a frappe that already goes into the blender is only up to $5. If I would have gotten a hot cappuccino or hot latte, they would be required to steam the milk, so the labor is only being replaced by putting some of the milk in the blender to make foam instead of steaming it to make foam. And then we found a way around it by requesting to put ice in our hot cappuccino, the manager pulled health code violation out of her asss. None of these policies are written for Starbucks to show to customers; instead they pull complete and total lies out of their asss in order to double charge. There is "Ask Me" button where the manager could have avoided double charging and not having other few customers wait 30 minutes, but the manager wanted to double charge as per. Starbucks is also falsifying and mislabeling iced latte. The latte by definition and by default should come with some foam! And I'm already paying for soy milk! When you are not already including foam in your latte (cold foam in iced latte or hot foam in hot latte), then you are totally mislabeling and misrepresenting the drink! A iced latte without any foam is NOT an iced latte; it's just cold milk with espresso! Also, look at the filth of your location.

The outdoor seating here is the absolute best of any Starbucks I've visited!

The barista bro working here messed up my drink order. When I told him my drink was wrong, he decided to mansplain why it was right and how I had ordered incorrectly (I didn’t, and the printed label makes it very clear what the drink order should be) instead of fixing the issue. All other Starbucks locations in Houston have better service than this.
