The entrance on robinhood st has a very big pothole, and is very poorly maintained. It also gets blocked by the drive thru line and nobody will let you pass thru it to park your car, because they all think you're cutting in line. The service is fine though.

great drinks BUT terrible location because of traffic. I did 5 stars on the batista itself and good customer service. but when Kirby is busy, it's sometimes difficult to exit the parking lot after you have retrieved your order.
