I was a first time customer, and she listened carefully to understand what I was trying to achieve, and made recommendations on how to get my results in a manner that was healthiest for my hair - all while clearly explaining everything! The cut and color turned out beautifully, it’s exactly what I wanted. For the wash, the color application, and styling, Hannah worked with Holly, and Holly was incredible, too! Cannot recommend this place enough! Madison did an amazing job with my hair- but more importantly, was incredible with my sister, who is disabled. Madison spent 3 hours not only giving us and our mother gorgeous haircuts, but creating a welcoming environment for a young woman learning to navigate the world with a brain injury from a wheelchair. Very grateful to find a high end hair salon that is so accessible and kind. Accessibility notes: reserved parking right out front, accessible bathroom, ramp to front door.
