Made an 11:00 apt to get my son's hair cut. At 11:45 we were still waiting. They then jumped appointments and allowed the guy who admitted he was stealing another person's appointment to get in. I get you are busy and it is Saturday, but if the guy that walks in 5 minutes ago says " well I will be Rob since he isn't here" you should probably say no and grab the next appointment you had booked.
