Total crop customer service. Understaffed. Reps have ZERO skills in properly managing a rush of members with just two “tellers”. Management is incompetent and worthless as completely clueless on how to staff and properly train and cross train employees to do what they exist for—provide service to depositors first and foremost

They used to be a very good wholesome small bank. But lately has become the same big bank that Is every where. The staff is great and friendly but the company it's self is going in a bad direction. Lots of rules to make them money none to help out there customer.

The teller didn't understand how money orders work and instead of asking for assistance just told me she couldn't process it. Went elsewhere and cashed it with no problem.
