Larosas app and service is in the gutter. Always problems with ordering. Most recently it said the location near me was closed at 9p on a Friday. I drove past to get something better and it was open.

I live 3 hours north of Cincinnati. Have been calling different restaurants to get a meal delivered to my brother. The places either do not deliver or they want a fortune to deliver. The gentleman helping me was soooo nice and helpful!!! When I come to Cincinnati We will definitely come eat at your fine place!!!! Thank you!!!!!!

So we ordered 2 Just Right Combos, estimated delivery time was 50-60 min. Understandable since it’s a rainy night. At 80 min in, I called to check on it (pinky promise I was nice to them) as I ordered as a guest, so I didn’t know if I’d get updates. After being on hold for about 7 minutes, the status was checked on promptly, I was told it was 5 min out, and they took $15 off my $32 check without me even asking. Like I woulda been happy with 15%. Was very pleasantly surprised that they discounted that much and how nice they were on the phone. Very professional service, and I’ll keep ordering from this one!!

I NEVER liked LaRosas until coming to this location. In my opinion, the pizza was always dry, and the dough was too flat and bland. This location, however, the pizza is saucier - so it taste like pizza and not dry, cheese bread. We also ordered the mozzarella sticks that are buttery, perfectly cheesy and delicious. Lastly, we ordered the side salad which is perfectly made to perfection. It comes with olives, onions and tomatoes that are cut perfectly and not overwhelming. However, I always use extra dressing as one packet don't seem to moisten the salad as a whole. Absolutely no complaints from this location. My family and I have been back twice in one week to reorder and will continue to visit this location.
