Horrible check-in experience had to wait 30 minutes on a waiting list

This Hotel suprised me in a bad way. I can not recommend staying here. Lets start with the good points: +Good Location on the Highway 1 +Near the beach +Looks good and fresh +Staff was quite friendly The bad points: -Very noicy, we got a room on the street side and its extremly loud I was not able to sleep without earplugs. The windows do not isolate the noice at all. I have not seen worse windows in my life and the hotel is directly next to a highway. -The toilet flush is not good at all. You have to be really careful while using it. -The AC smelled really bad when we increased the temperature and it started heating. -Room is pretty dark I donˋt know why someone would design that lights so bad. -The bed linen was itching and I had to sleep in clothes. -The hotel it self had a slight smell of mold, the rooms not, but the corridors. -I knew about the parking fee while booking but overall I find this absurd because nobody visits this hotel without a car. Just calculate the fee to the room prices.
