Waited in line for 10 minutes. Only three customers helped in that time. After 10 min I overheard them say they were out of chips and steak. No urgency from the staff. Qdoba has better and more reliable service.

I asked the gentleman if it was standard practice to not wear a hair net, or have your hair pulled back. He didn't know and had to ask his manager. I refused to let him near my food, and had another employee make it. The manager stated his hair wasn't long enough to put in a ponytail, and that he had a hat on. I said yep, and I'm sure plenty of people have had his hair in their food today as well...She stated that the Springboro location doesn't get hairnets...Well, they sure need something because nobody is making my food with hair hanging down in their face. It's unprofessional in the workplace, not to mention it looks sloppy. It also gives the company a bad reputation. I'm so disappointed in my experience.

Terrible. They don't take doordash orders seriously. Everything was cold. Ordered double steak and got half steak. Whole order was screwed up. And when you call them they don't care.

No. There is not.
Because they're usually busy, especially around 6-7 when everyone is off work and hungry. I do doordash so I've been to all the chipotles around here and springboro is by far the best one
Every time I've gone all employees have been wearing masks, gloves, and washing thier hands often. Only a few tables are open and they're very distanced. All guests have to wear a mask when in the building (unless seated at a table eating). We've gone there several times during covid and felt as safe as one can during all this.
