The food here is usually always great, but the service and wait time is AWFUL. I almost always do pickup and each time I’m in there I see a bunch of young guys making pizza goofing off talking and playing around which explains the wait time. The app told me 60 minute wait, after an hour it didn’t update so I called and they advised me that it would be an additional hour, it’s now been 2 hours since I put my order in and the app still hasn’t updated that it’s ready for pickup, so I’ve been waiting on hold for 10 minutes trying to get through to someone to see if it’s ready yet. The app should set correct expectations for wait time or the staff should make sure orders are put out according to the promised time.. this was dinner for my 3 very hungry children and we prepaid for it already, and we don’t even know when it will be ready.

$60 order, hungry kids, 3 hours of nothing. Called twice was told it was getting made. Called again on hold for 30 minutes straight. Finally just said f it an went there, waited for a good 15 minutes an raised hell. I want a full refund an will never ever order from this place again
